Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now.

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.



Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.

I'm facing the same issue. Getting technical error while trying to make payment of Electricity & Broadband bill on airtel app using airtel axis card.
How can this be resolved?

Airtel thanks is not allowing me to apply for this card. Can someone send a link where this card could be applied ?

I cannot apply for the card it says "thanks for your interest. We don't have any credit card offers".
My Flipkart axis card was approved on 12th Jan.
Is it because 3 months cooldown time has not reached yet?

Is the cc offer available or not?
If not, try with another mobile number.

If you already have any other axis Bank credit card, you can just talk to customer support and they will provide you Airtel Axis on shared limit with your existing card.

They do issue Flipkart but not Airtel axis card.

If you already have any other axis Bank credit card, you can just talk to customer support and they will provide you Airtel Axis on shared limit with your existing card.

I got my airtel axis with the same procedure. But it might be possible they are not giving it like that anymore

Depends on the amt of your bill. A-pay gives 2% via Amz, unlimited.
This one will give limited cashback, 25% on airtel bill, upto 300/mth, 10% on other utilities, upto 300/mth.
To get full benefit, have both cards. I have 3 airtel bills. 799+tax, 599+tax and 499+tax. I pay the first one via Amz and next 2 with this card.

I dont see it yet. It said approved on the screen and i have also got an axis bank application id
