Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now.

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.



Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.

AU ka hmse 180 degree wala relation h bhai...LIT tk approve ni kia or na bank account open krne deta

Airtel Axis Statement received. No blunder as usual, ab kuchh bhi ho "Airtel", "AIRTEL" sab ke sab Airtel, GURGAON, IN me badlenge aur cashback sahi track hoga.
Hassle free ho gaya hai ab yeh card. @Chaitanya-a @VISHESH_BANSAL

I too got my Ace card cashback credited on 11th itself. I was hoping it for 12th as my statement will be generated tomorrow.

PS: Why have they charged 500 as joinin fee? Didn't you get it FYF?

Seriously Mastercard varient kahi par v save nahi hota. Tried in 5-6 apps/websites so far. Tired of entering the card details every time.

My Millennia HDFC credit card (Mastercard) works flawlessly on app and it is even saved on my mother's account. No idea if the limitation is only for Axis AirTel cards.

Even I have Mastercard Millenia and it works fine without any issue. Facing this issue only with Airtel Axis Mastercard.

Mastercard website doesn't mention this particular card. It has Flipkart axis among others though. I had tried to communicate this with axis, and they said we cannot do anything. It's important as we can select our card and see the offers there.

My card got approved on March 28th and statement date confirmed with CC 12th of every month, my statement supposed to generate on this month 12th but they not generated yet , I don’t know how they going to accommodate Citibank premier customers in their worst eco system….
