Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now.

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.



Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.

Thanks mate. But It's weird they don't claw back the cashback for refunded transaction of 291.

You can consider it as Bug


A few times I got free ka 10% without actually paying Utility Bills.

From thereon Whenever I pay, I just hope somehow txn gets failed

Mine cashback is also messed up this time.. 1195 rs is Airtel postpaid bill payment while ₹3540 is electricity bill payment. They both should give 599 cashback.
The two transactions of zomato(₹1270 and ₹20) should give 129 cashback combined but it's messed up. I think they have mistakenly calculated 5% for these?

There is an issue with MC variant cards. They don't work well as saved cards. Have to type details everytime.

They have mentioned 'world' on the backside of this card. Is this card really the Mastercard World variant? However, there is no mention of this card on the Mastercard website https://specials.priceless.com/en-in/homepage . So, how can we access the Mastercard World benefits?

I was trying to do an Electricity bill payment from the Airtel Thanks app this Sunday and it was failing again and again in the afternoon and evening. Was able to do the transaction today morning.

My axis airtel ( MC Variant ) credit card was also showing account type as " Other " & no credit limit was mentioned.

Mailed pno & they asked cibil report with control number. So I sent them & within 2 working days they have changed account today from " Other " to " Credit Card ".

And now credit limit is also mentioned.

How to mail PNO? Can you share the email address? Same thing happened with my Airtel Axis MC. It even shows only 5k limit. Fed up with customer care and support team on email. Please help
