Finally, happy that they implemented so fast.
I thought it would take another year to implement.
Axis MD desk told me in 7-10 days it will be Implemented but they took around a Month.

Let see if they credit past Months i.e Jan'23 to May'23 cashback in Netbanking or via Redemption Link.

For current and future Months I hope cashback will be reflected in Netbanking without any further hassle

Did axis sent you any mail regarding cashback redemption through net banking?
If yes, please share the screenshot.

Why you Accepted Instakit of any other account variant?

In my case I got Instakit of liberty Account which contains Liberty Debit Card .
Now charges for Both Card will be deducted.

Generally branch will reverse the charges as this is the Branch fault and you can even raise complaint against Branch for not providing Instakit of Liberty Account

I would recommend if charges for both Cards are deducted then first raise complaint against Branch for not providing Instakit of Liberty Account.
Then Branch will call you and reverse the extra charges without any further delay otherwise they can delay reversal process if you directly ask them

Senior Management took Complaint against Branch very seriously and Branch has to response Senior Management word to word why need arises for a Customer to raise complaint against Branch

I had raised several complaints against my home Branch whenever they think they are oversmart and Customer is a fool. Then only Branch will behave properly beacuse Complaint against Branch is not less than 440 volt shock for Branch Employess. Whenever I raised complaint, reaction of employee "Sir aapne fir complaint kardi, koi bhi issue ho direct Branch Aya karo"

My Response "Branch aaya thha tabhi toh Complaint Ka mauka mila btao dubara visit karu ?"
Similar case with me...they gave me an instant kit of normal savings account instead of liberty...I explicitly told the manager "Agar 2 no ka paisa kata to ek ka paisa aapse le lenge"

It is written on Website, Virtual DC is complimentary for Liberty

And that Virtual DC has its own Benifts.

It is chargeable for Easy Access
In the ASAP Digital Page (see First image): It mentions Rs 250/- (inclusive of GST) in the fees and charges section (see second image): It mentions Rs 200/-(exclusive of GST i.e. Rs 236 inclusive of GST). Plus, the fees and charges section has no separate page for the ASAP Liberty Digital Savings Account. Hence the confusion
