Citi migrated customers, don’t think this account is any beneficial for us. In mails, they are sending that all the benefits are similar to the existing liberty debit card but in tnc, it looks like entirely different.

No weekend cashbacks, quarterly vouchers and so on. Time to say good bye, not a pleasant short stint.

SureShot @Abhishek012 @6ix9ine @soccer -
I am a CITI migrated customer and I have received the quarterly voucher for the last Q.
AFAIK only the weekend cashback is not applicable with the old Citi card. (might still get the cashback with replaced Ax-is card - To be confirmed).
Additional benefits for Citi Peeps:
1. No DC annual charges.
2. 0.8% reward rate as ERs for DC transactions - no limit. (use it for .... YKWIM)
3. No need to maintain MAB of 25K in savings account. Only Total Relationship Value - TRV is considered ( 25K combined in saving acc/deposits/mutual funds).

I have opened liberty account on 22 Dec 2023. I have planned to close it after 1 year. Thee debited debit card charges today.
Why did they debit annual Debit card charge even before a year?
Is there any way I could get those charges and close my account without any charges?

HDFC RuPay CC se UPI txn karke MCC pta kar liya and wo MCC exclusions list me nahi hai. To count hona chahiye na NMC waiver and quarterly vouchers ke liye?
If exclusion mai nhi hai toh hona chahiye lekin phir wahi baat, if mila nhi toh poori mehnat barbaad ho jayegi

CC bill kardo na, NMC + Quarterly dono ho jayega

If small bills, toh phir account close.
