I was facing a similar issue. It was showing me 65k points as balance, but when I was trying to redeem, was only shown some 420 magnus burgundy points. The steps it took to redeem the whole balance are as follows:
1. Redeem all the points that are shown for me it was 420. the slider was not bringing the points balance down to 0, so I put a large number in the Accor points section (the axis points redemption amount is not editable). Then it automatically changed the axis points to the maximum possible redeemable amount to make the balance zero.
2. Immediately after confirming the previous transaction, went to transfer section again and this time was able to see the whole balance of 65k. Reedemed everything at one go.
