INGRAM) without mentioning the name of the merchant this time. And guess what?
I got the same reply again!
So, the conclusion is, if a cashback has failed to credit, you'll never get it back, and will now get one chance lesser. No amount of escalations, even on X (Like in case of
@CAKARANBATRA) can help. The grievance matrix is essentially non-existent for BHIM UPI.
I'm glad it was just about a failed cashback wherein I haven't had to pay anything. Imagine if it was a serious concern and needed an escalation. Learnt the lesson an easy way. š
