#BHIMPeAsliFaydaHai - BHIM app offers for UPI and RuPay Credit Card UPI

They closed my complaint on National Consumer Helpline portal with the following remark:
"Madam/Dear Sir, The given below issue is not related to NPCI. Please take up with your service provider."

a century ago, when the Ford model T car was launched, Henry Ford famously said "people can have it in any color, as long as its black". NPCI people now act with the same arrogance.
 
For past several years, incl this year, the Central Govt budget provides specific outlay as fiancial support for BHIM-UPI transactions., you mean the finance minister is giving false statement in the parliament?
This financial support only for MDR fees for bank account link UPI (P2P and P2M) transactions and RuPay debit card transactions.

NPCI does not get footi kodi šŸ¤£šŸ¤£ but the responsibility of distribution is given to NPCI. Financial support amount goes to Indian banks and payment companies.

Before 2019, the government also provided financial support for Visa and MasterCard debit card transactions (including RuPay debit cards too). This financial support only for MDR fees amount goes to banks and payment companies -

If you remember, before 2019 many small apps ask to load money under Rs 2000 through Visa and MasterCard debit card. Why ? because at that time the Indian Govt provide financial support. But that money was received by Indian Banks and Payment Companies and not by Visa/MasterCard.
 
Mere saamne hi aaj Reliance SMART mein ek bande ka Lotak ka UPI fail hua 2 baar 2 different apps se until he used the Lotak MobileBanking app. šŸ’€
I reinstall my GPay app and again link my Kotak RuPay CC UPI.

first time kotak ask me set UPI PIN but UPI PIN already set and getting error.

I close my GPay app and re-open and now 2nd try, successfully added my Kotak RuPay CC UPI.

But now guess what ?

Now my all GPay Kotak RuPay CC UPI transaction getting declined. šŸ¤£šŸ¤£

Is the offer per rupay card 100 cashback on 3 transactions or once per mobile number
You'll get ā‚¹100 each for each successful transaction above ā‚¹100 for the first three transactions of this month. In other words, you'll get ā‚¹100 three times.

You can either use the same RuPay credit card UPI all three times or use different ones.

The same day I raised a complaint again on National Consumer Helpline (INGRAM) without mentioning the name of the merchant this time. And guess what?

I got the same reply again!

So, the conclusion is, if a cashback has failed to credit, you'll never get it back, and will now get one chance lesser. No amount of escalations, even on X (Like in case of @CAKARANBATRA) can help. The grievance matrix is essentially non-existent for BHIM UPI.

I'm glad it was just about a failed cashback wherein I haven't had to pay anything. Imagine if it was a serious concern and needed an escalation. Learnt the lesson an easy way. šŸ˜Š
