Hello team,

Just wanted to know if someone has BOB Onecard will they be able to get another card from Bob last time they rejected without giving a reason, don't want to waste time

Not even the snapdeal one

till now its good not after devalution.

only benefit left them is wallet load + 10% online discounts (if no other bank contribute on that day).. nothing specific to apply and keep the card.

Oh does Bob one card be eligible for Bob discounts in that case no point in even applying for anything else

N o . Consider one card is separate bank for offers (none of them works like federal offers not applicable, idfc not applicable, bob not applicable).
okay so what do you suggest is it worth to have one of their ltf cards atleast or no point also not even sure if they will approve post one card since i dont want to go for paid ones after devaliation

could you list 5 offers that you missed because you don't have bob card and you really need them and unfortunately have to pay extra because no bob card at that time.?

If you have explanation for this then you need card, otherwise you can ignore.

I have a BOB one card and I recently applied for and got a BOB eterna.

I had applied for BOB cards previously as well as recently. After multiple follow-ups this time, I received a response stating, 'With reference to your mail, we regret to inform you that as per our policy, you already have one credit card, so we will be unable to issue a new card.' Just curious—did you have to follow up, or was it approved without any issues?

Some credit card representatives have been with the bank for a long time but may not always be up-to-date on the latest processes. When they first joined, they received training with certain templates and approaches, and over time, they often stick to forwarding those templates to close tickets quickly. Closing tickets remains a high priority to prevent escalations or re-opened cases.

Ever considered replying back to them, outlining the current process? It not only informs them that they might be following outdated procedures but can also help resolve your issue effectively.

These reps often just pass along default templates, which solve most cases since people tend to seek help elsewhere instead of replying back with clarification.

Btw, BOB has been offering dual cards since early last year - nearly two years now - though some representatives may still not realize this is the norm.

Tip: Try replying directly to their email to clarify and address any misunderstandings.

Same applies every bank..
