I have applied for bob eterna online, faced few problems didn't find any option of applying c2c and in the end couldn't upload income documents. What should I do now.
Will they reject my application?
I have saving and current account with bob still I will have to go with physical verification ?

Send a mail to crm@bobfinancial.com and ask them if any documents are required.

from the moment of application to the delivery of the card, it will take about 25 days. 🙄🙄

Mostly No but if you receive any call for verification you can say you have saving current ppf with bob on same address. They may get convinced.

Just received an email saying you have validate addhar with pan and asking bank statements, though I hold sb and ca acc with bob only. Till today no vkyc and further process

Today they did field verification both for office and home irrespective of having sba and CCA with bob from past 9 years.

Offline you will have to go via branch & I am pretty sure they will not do C2C !

Also, if you have spends over 2.5L annually they waive off the annual fee anyway & for the joining fee you get 10,000 bonus point which covers it as a statement credit ! If you are not spending at least ₹2.5L a year don’t get eterna, unless you just want a “so called” BOB premium card in your wallet !

You're a little late. Most of bob cards were ltf some time back. Premier, select etc.

All actually, except "eterna" which BOB did NOT offer as LTF unless you had an ITR north of 25L ! Got my premier & energie both issued as LTF, then upgraded the premier to eterna, which is a paid card & I did not mind that as my dining & international spends easily crosses 4.5L yearly on the eterna !

Unless you're in a rush, wait a bit, BOB might be coming back with the LTF offer during Diwali / Xmas !

Only when I enter 20L as gross income, it shows eterna for me in the online application. Anything less than that I can only see easy, select and premier.
