my branch said, they will send an address verification letter, which should be submitted back to the branch along with the envelope.
Is it the same with all of you? or is it something branch specific?

Yes but he/she wouldn't get cnt qun card. A nexgen debit card will be issue for minors.

Maybe as per mentioned in booklet. Nothing explained that much clearly neither in booklet nor on website
