It is technically not zero balance,
You have to maintain 25k mab but there is catch that, no maintaince charges is zero.
So both points are correct.
And we don't know CBI might change t&c in future.

As of now, non maintenance charge is zero.

Anytime, they can enforce you to keep 25K in savings account.

Otherwise you have to pay the penalty.

Peace of mind is more important than benefits.

Any bank can change the terms and conditions anytime. If you fear such thing then you can't enjoy the benefits available today. What is new here?

When you don't know why you said No railway lounge for cent queen rsdc?
Firstly you need to know anything before commenting.
You should know that some rsdc and platinum DC provide railway lounge access also.
Do read, many threads are available here.

I am curious to know more on this too. I haven't came across any debit card (Rupay) offering Railway lounges. Throw some light if you read read any or tag me.

Rupay provides but some banks blocked lounge access and don't activate it.
Some Banks provide and so e don't.
They don't provide railway lounges purposely. You have to ask your bank that lounges available or not on your card.

There are many messages on the additional debit card but I as a joint holder not sure if I can request them for a debit card ( irrespective of the variant as LTF ).
Also, can anyone confirm,
- If both the joint holders get separate Internet Banking ?
- Separate Passbook and Cheque Book ?
- Debit Card ? Confused because few wrote No and few wrote they got 2 Debit Cards.

Obviously no separate passbook, cheque book or internet banking !!!

Yes. Was delivered by speed post. The cover included some printed material about DC activation, its benefits etc and most importantly the pink card
