Bm said there is no preferred rm so we can't do

If automatic upgrade doesn't happen you can request your RM to do it for you.

- Classic to preferred RM did it for me.

- Preferred to Imperia Auto upgrade happened.

Non-classic doesn't have the RM
And BM is also not helpful in my case

Many customers have the impression that even the Imperia is nothing so special.

So what substantial the Preferred gains one over the Classic (apart from, maybe, status)? Is it worth taking much trouble for?!

I find nothing special in actual about Imperia over preferred.

But on one occasion, Cluster head and Zonal head visited my work premises because I am an Imperia customer and the discussion with them helped in fetching Infinia.
