If your existing cards have more than 5 lakhs limit most probably you will get celesta. They will issue variant based on the approved limit. up to 1.5 or 2l signet, 2-4 imperio.

I don't think so. I have many cards ranging from 5L to 10L limits. But got Imperio with 1L limit.

Once contact customer care...also ask them all spends are eligible to this offer or not.

To me, it offered Celesta with good limit but vKYC check not yet completed, it is loading from so many minutes....

Finally card received.. but their app is so pathetic, when I tried to go to credit card section, it is getting logged off...again I have to login...

How long does it take to get the voucher? I did spend more than 10k within 30 days of receipt, and the statement was generated as well. But no voucher yet.

You will receive it o mail , keep checking sometimes it goes to spam folder.

I have applied and got Celesta. I am new to Federal Bank and my salary range is 20-30 Lakhs. But, unable to login to app. I am trying using liveliness check, it says error. Any ideas?

known issue with fedmobile app. Just login again. I know its frustrating.

Got approved Imperio Credit card with 1.59L limit. Rejected in the month of May. Applied exactly after 3 months. Already holding Fi Money Ac with only 2k monthly balance that too for last 1 month only. Approved without vKYC.
