• You can apply via Bank's Website. You need Bank Statement of 3 months (Must) and ITR also (Optional). Upload both for higher chances of approval.

Do I have to fill an address where they have a branch? My permanent address on aadhar is of a small city.
If I fill address of for example Lucknow, then will they ask me for any doc or will they deliver the card to my permanent address?

I just applied for Federal bank cc
The application got through and a reference number is also generated

However, I couldn’t make out which card it got applied for. I didn’t even get any choice to choose among their cards.

I have the reference number with me

Is there any way to know which card the system chose for me?

Any update ? Card approved ? Which one u got? How many days it took. Please brief.

I had applied for celesta, card was approved with a limit of 6.3lakh on 17th may.
Till now there is no update on delivery of card.
I mailed them, they replied mentioning that they ll forward to concerned team, but no response later.

Tried to activate virtual card in Fedmobile app, but its showing some error.

Any one faced similar issue?

I also received the reference number but it got declined next day
I contacted federal bank, they told it’s their internal policy

I raised this concern to RBIO
No they are saying, the bank statement I uploaded was not as per their prescribed format

It’s just a lame excuse

How did you applied for celesta, it doesn't give option. They can give you any card based on there internal checks.

In the website, I clicked apply online under Visa celesta, after cibil check, it showed celesta with 6 lakh limit.

Now they have accepted the application. For vKYC they sent a link, but it requires Location access, but for some reason the site is not giving the prompt to enable location.

Check chrome browser, website settings top left, check location permission setting for browser...

Now it is throwing another error after giving all permissions.

It says that agent is joining the call in 2 mins, my camera gets on but still the screen says agent joining. After 2 minutes it fails and says We were unable to complete your call due to an issue.

Was trying to get federal credit card since this post from April 2023. But was getting No offer available error. But finally card is generated in app. But it's Signet Any way to get Celesta ?

After all things now, when I got connected to the agent. He asked me to call from my current address and not from my permanent address (450km distance).

What can be done to get succesfull vKYC?
