HDFC Imperia benefit of free locker

If anyone in the Imperia program of HDFC has managed to avail the free locker, how did you do it? The RM is of no use to avail that benefit in my case, suggestions needed to acquire a locker in a new branch which is opening near my place.

They would insist on additional business such as ULIPs. In my experience, the Imperia benefits are mostly on paper.

If you buy their Sanchay plus plan, then they will provide you the locker! Otherwise they will always check for the availabilty of locker!

HDFC seems pathethic yesterday Branch Manger called me and asked me to invest in a ULIP i said i don't have funds for now...He suggested me to take personal loan and invest didn't get the logic though ... personal loan is 11.25% and return on ulip post GST is 5-6% 🙁 😀

I had an existing locker with HDFC bank against a FD. I was charged for this locker even after my account got upgraded to Imperia. Upon enquiry with the BM, he informed that they offer small size locker at no cost for Imperia account holders and we still need to pay the difference depending on the size.

Not only that. Earlier it was Urban and Rural. Then it became urban, semi urban and rural. Then metro also added. Soon semi rural also will be added. And no one can find a rural branch anymore 😁😁

As per my RM locker size doesn't matter it's up to 10k per month excluding gst
