HDFC Max upgrade case

Okay so in short
I tried to upgrade my account to savings max online but failed zillion of times
Visited Branch (29 october) : Staff too much self obsessed and daydreaming, so he said, "Do it yourself online"!
Complained online(LEVEL-1) again they said to visit branch!
Finally reached out PNO quoted all of this!
Furthermore, as appropriate restitution for the undue mental harassment, repeated inconvenience, and systemic neglect I have endured, I requested compensation of INR 20,000.
Call came from branch (say, from person P1) strictly said them to send some person home for upgrade! He will be visiting overmorrow!
So what should be my next step to get closer to compensation since I don't want to close the case as it is, at least, not because of their system(s) failure!

EDIT-1 : 18-Nov-24 : No one visited today and SMS came that issue is resolved! Will call P1 tomorrow!
EDIT-2 : 19-Nov-24 : Posted another mail to PNO! Received reply at 11:46pm that they have acknowledged my issue and will get back to me till 25th of November!
EDIT-3 : 20-Nov-24 : Following the email a person was sent by P1 who visited my home did paperwork and afterwards I received an account conversion request reference number on mail too!

email pe intimation aati hai upgrade ki wo nai aai !
Also in account type also it shows only savings
If it is done from branch side, you won't get email and sms confirmation regarding variants seriously. You probably get case creation and case closure as far as I remember.
First make sure everything and go further, that's what all I can.

Anyhow keep patience and if you think it is done, call cc and confirm variant.
For RBI, i feel u better wait 30days with all proofs that branch done everything wrong against you and caused you inconvenience.
for acc upgrade i am confident nothing has been done
the thing to decide is whether to wait while case already closed
open new case with pno
or call that person who assured sending his men
 
As these bankers don't listen to me without some high authority order I've decided to mail pno!
Will mention they closed case without sending men as promised will attach audio clip (of p1 and me talking)!
Other wise ye log case ko branch mai hi rafa dafa kar denge!

I opened an account for my spouse online 2 months back and it was smooth. Got everything in less than a week. Only downside is she is not given a preferred banking 🙁 where as when I opened offline via agent in May 24 he opened my Savings Max as preferred banking 🙂

That no big issue provided your branch people are cool
just visit branch and fill a form and thats it!
or simply add her in family banking program
