Got to know you can load payzapp via bob eterna & pay rent via red giraffe.
On eterna you get 3.75% cashback & 0.5% charges on red giraffe. Sounds like a good deal.
Are you guys using this method? Have 33k rent per month so I think fee annual waiver can be achieved.
Any catch here? like limit on laading payzapp or hidden charges?

yes you can spend 50k in 60 days, they reverse fee + give you 10k points.
Effectively becomes FYF.

From first August 2024, 1.77% charges to load Payzapp wallet
So you will get 3.75 - 1.77 - 0.59%=1.39%

This 3.75% return is only given (due to some glitch) on Visa variants, right? or Rupay is also giving 3.75?
