Got upgrade offer on my icici coral card for three variants - Sapphiro Master Card - dual credit card, MU Signature Credit Card and HPCL card. All these have joining fees except for hpcl. I am not a heavy spender and the joining voucher for Sapphiro is also not of much use to me. I would have gone for if the voucher is of Amazon pay. Will I get same offer for ltf in near future?

You might get as many reported they have got it.
For me its showing the paid version from 8 months, and I'm not using ICICI card much but those who did they got it LTF recently checkout recent threads

Amazon pay card is LTF by default. You can apply from Amazon directly and on the basis of your existing icici credit card, it may be approved easily .

I also showed me the same cards but instead of Hpcl it showed me paid Rubyx. Ignored for many months but kept on checking this page for any offer changes hoping to get the cards ltf as I noticed many are getting premium cards ltf. Finally before 2 months got Rubyx dual cards LTF offer. Hoped for Sapphiro LTF but grabbed Rubyx Ltf offer. I suggest you to wait to get any cards ltf.
