IDFC Upgrading Select Credit Card to Wealth Credit Card

IDFC started upgrading IDFC Select Credit Card to IDFC Wealth Credit Card on request.

Process:

- Call to customer care.
- Tell them that you want to upgrade Select CC to Wealth CC.
- They will deny saying that Wealth CC has a minimum floor CL of 5L and we cannot upgrade.
- Inform that you've been using your select card well for the past 3-6 months.
- They will deny again (If possible).
- Then tell that many of our friends are getting it upgraded to Wealth CC from Select CC.
- They will take the request for upgrade.


-Within 1 working day the request has been processed to Wealth CC.



Note:

1. We have tried 3 cards within our friends and family circle and all have been approved.
2. All the members are having CL more than 2L (So not sure of Select cards <2L Credit limit).
3. I have Wealth account.

Update at 9pm on 30-07-2024: Seems Savings account needed for this trick. (Wealth Worked for me and Select worked for my friend)

I just called customer care and confirmed that the two Spa visits are shared between the primary and all add on card holders.
so any two can use them, even at the same time or day.

2 spa may show separately on the Dreamfolks apps in each add on card holders mobile phone and also the primary card holders mobile Phone.

but when 2 spa are used by anyone, all spa visits will become zero in all the Dreamfolks apps in all the mobile phones.
Even the two domestic lounge access will become zero in all Dreamfolks apps in all mobile phones.

2 international lounge access per quarter is given separately from the spa and shared between primary and add on card holders

So you and your spouse can do the spa together when you arrive at your home airport

That’s good to have add on benefit for IDFC. For ICICI Emeralde spa access is only for Primary card.

Update: Delhi Encalm Spa removed on DF for ICICI Emeralde Plastic and DF cards issued to IDFC too.

So Encalm has ended their partnership with Dreamfolks for Spa services.

For Emeralde it’s still present. Sapphiro as per welcome mail Spa access is there, I’m yet to receive DF card.

So there is no free Spa at international departures nor domestic arrivals at Mumbai T2 international airport.

Make sure that you have free access available on your Dreamfolks card, otherwise you will get charged 1440 in your credit card payment after 1 month.
Nobody at the Spa will tell you this.

First they will make you wait for a long time even though there is no customer on the chair, by saying that someone has booked an appointment at three o'clock in the night, which is obviously untrue.

Then the spa women will do only 15 minutes instead of 30 minutes foot massage or head massage.

It is better to pay 500 for a 90 minutes foot massage + foot scrub + pedicure at Mumbai city centre

Tried once, but QR code error was coming at Hyd Airport Spa. Didn't work.
