Good Day Everyone,

This post is about my journey with IndusInd , this will be a little different post than the ICICI one as I will not be discussing about the fees plan associated with my card instead this post will mostly be related to my journey with IndusInd. So back in Oct 2022 , I applied for IndusInd Legend card through their online channel and was approved with a limit of 9 lakhs , however when I received my card the limit given was 5 lakhs , within 20 days of using my card I received a message that my card limit has been enhanced to 9 lakhs . Fast forward March 2023, I took an upgrade from Legend to Indulge credit card. Post that I came to know as per the SOB of exclusive savings account , one can maintain an exclusive account with 0 fund if an Indulge/Pinnacle credit card can be linked to account as surrogate . Till this time I had no banking relation with IndusInd , so I had to 2 options either open a basic 0 MAB account with IndusInd online and then get that upgraded to Exclusive account from branch or to directly open a Exclusive account online
I am not a fan of HNI banking and also as per principle I never open a account with huge IP just for credit card . So point 1 seems more feasible to me , I went ahead and opened a 0 MAB account online and got a virtual DC and a physical Titanium DC charged 249 Rs. Post completing my VKYC , I visited IndusInd branch and submitted the upgrade form to upgrade my account to Exclusive , the upgrade was processed in 7 days as 3 days were taken for approval as my account didn’t had the minimal balance required for Exclusive account . Post the upgrade I received my welcome kit which had a visa signature DC , also just when my account got upgraded I raised a request through phone banking to give a MC Exclusive DC as well , so I received both my Visa and MC DC .
P.S - I also tried to get Pioneer World Heritage Credit Card but that request was denied as I don’t have any Pioneer relation with Indus Ind
IndusInd gives 5 add-on cards so I took all 5 for my family members, Indulge add-on also gets unlimited lounge access through PP

My bank is in a quite inconvenient place for me to travel.
I'll try again tomorrow and if doesn't work will try customer care and then still persists will close all accounts, no way I'm going to branch for accounts opened fully digitally.

Wait for two days. Place a request for deletion of old id. Create new login ID with net banking only using debit card. Now after 24 hrs of old id deletion, you can easily link account with credit card.
I also faced the same issue so sharing my experience. Don't worry. It will be sorted easily. I have linked my account with credit card on mobile as well as net banking.
Just have some patience.

Now your savings account id will become the primary id and you can link credit card in this account easily. First link in net banking, it will start appearing on login page, after one day link on mobile application. You will receive sms as well as email for successful linking the savings account and credit card. Keep it for future reference.

Got this confirmation from IndusInd Bank. Now it is clear that if legend credit card is linked to select savings account then the non maintenance charges will be waived off.
I hope this helps others as well.

Still You were getting confused unnecessarily.
Now indusind confirmed it itself over your E-Mail , finally your confusion get cleared.

If you were not satisfied with the confirmation screenshot or confirmation of others , How can you expect, others would get satisfiy with your screenshot and confirmation?

Eg we get sure offer with Axis myzone was it like that? or limited quota visa signature benefit?

thats why I asked. Offer Legend card ki thi pr lagti he nhi just like visa benefits.

No one can risk keeping 50k just by assurances. I got help from others , just helping others. I never said that from now onwards no one should email IndusInd Bank just because I got confirmation.
These policies change overnight so sometimes which holds good for me may not apply for others. The recent example is Fi debit card which were free recently but got charged later. So people should not trust the information available especially when it involves penalty and charges.
We are here to save money not to pay extra charges just by blindly following other.
BTW thanks to all those who helped me. You were also very helpful.

Does Indusind provide 2nd debit card to add-on account holder as well ? recently I asked 2nd debit card for my add-on family member account , they told its not possible for add one .. I had mastercard and asked for visa in select savings account..

Yes. Every add on person also gets 3 DCs.

Then why did customer care told that visa signature is not showing in my add on account, when asked reason he said because it's add on account ,, May be he was unaware,, will try calling tomorrow to another executive
