As regards the Q&A:
  1. Upgrade with limit increase.
  2. Hardly matters. If opting for autopay, you can do it later as well via Netbanking.
  3. I know of people – including me – who needed to send nothing at all. However, you may consider attaching documents here. However, if you happen to leave them blank, do mention that you’re not sending any docs alongwith since your upgradation is on a spends-basis.
  4. Immaterial.

Thank you! For 3, just kept it blank after asking a couple of people, who recently got upgraded.

Yes. I did receive an acknowledgement after approx 14 hours.

I mailed PNO on Friday and got the reply today. So approx 3 days including Sunday.

Planning to get a 3rd if monthly 30k cap seems low for me 😛

congrats man. i mailed to pno escalation last month 2 times, have over 11 lakh in spends. still they said not eligible for limit enhancement nor upgrade. to top it they say if i reply to the mail they wont even revert back 😛
