I can create account online but the problem is when I try to apply online it shows visit the nearest branch.my branch people said they can't open 811 account as of now and referred to me to higher branch

Upgradation is only possible from 811.

For rest, close that particular account then open 811 super directly from branch.

If branch isn't helping, go to another.

Every kotk branch won't help you for 811 acc.
Either via Online, or you need to enquire/visit other 2-3 branch, untill you get the correct one (to process 811).

5000 deposited and 299 deducted.
So my query is when I will receive Platinum DC because in the App still showing Dream Diff. DC , in fact Virtual Platinum DC is not showing.

in my 811app, when i click to check card details then one card has written "virtual card" at the top, and 811Super doesn't has anything. also card color is different, 811Super is either fully or partially white

I contacted branch and they info that they stopped 811 services. Only in big cities it is available. Which is apparently true, as per online website which taking only city pincodes.

Yeh Airtel Payments Bank L he shayad wallet MCC Code hua karta tha, jaha tak mujhe yaad hai.

Call customer care and ask and next time cancel the transaction and retry.

I checked with Customer care. They were not able to provide MCC code, but confirmed it's eligible for cashback! 😅

Anyhow, from next time onwards I'll try SBI Unipay. Isme thoda locha ho sakta 😂

Don't trust customer care on what is eligible or not. Figure out the MCC on your own and match it with the T&C.

If this feels like a hassle, just stick with Unipay.

Did anyone try NPS payment via Super DC.
NPS mcc should be 9399 I guess and its not listed on Kotak's T&C of exclusion list.
