Lounge overcrowding decreased?

Whenever I go to lounges now, I just dream about the food my mom used to take with us for railyatras during my childhood. Even the train thali was decent...especially cutlet bread for breakfast used to be my fav...

beyond fed up of lounge food now for past 2 years....even though I am in Bangalore and the BLR lounges are one of the best around the globe in terms of quality of food
I don't know why people keep complaining about lounge food. I have been to dozens of lounges around the world and I have always found the food to be fairly good. The only exception was Marrakesh in Morroco recently where the lounge was beautiful but had no food. In India, I am always satisfied with the food. All else failing, you have tea, coffee, juices, cakes, fruits and salads. That alone is enough.
I have never found lounges too overcrowded either except just once at London Heathrow a couple of weeks ago. I always go 4 to 5 hours early for my flights in order to enjoy the lounge. If I have an early morning flight like 7am, I even get there around midnight in order to be able to visit the lounge. Most of my flights are early morning or late night as I always buy the cheapest one available.

There is a dedicated business class lounge - Encalm Privé which is now open at T3 international departures.
Probably the most luxurious Encalm lounge so far.
Unfortunately they don't accept Priority Pass. Only first class passengers or you have to pay around 5k each. Saw Suresh Raina there a couple of weeks ago. I didn't enter but enquired and saw him leaving as I was entering the corridor. A couple of employees requested a photo with him.

All the things people will go through to use the lounge and get "free" food, even when food has been beyond disappointing for quite a while.

At this point the banks might as well offer credits to use at the airport at similar or even lower rates that the lounges charges them for each entry...
It's not at all disappointing. It is generally very good. This line looks long but moves fast and you can skip it by using electronic machines to check in. In addition, always take a non peak hour flight to ensure lounge will be less crowded.

It's not hidden. It's in international departures but you need to pay 5k or have a first class or business class ticket pn certain airlines. There is NO free access for any card including Priority Pass. You have a take a lift up to it.
Rs 3500 including GST
