Pretty much the title - which one would be more profitable in terms of RP - I have both the cards need to decide which one to use

Will mostly transfer these points/miles to Accor - So how much worth points and % back will I get from both cards - for a 10k flight booking on Travel edge

Assuming non-AEP spend (m4b) and not getting milestone benefit (atlas)
m4b:
ER Points = (10000*12*5)/(200) = 3,000
Effective Accor Points = 2,400 (You missed the Accor offer:/)

Atlas
EM = (10000*5)/(100) = 500
Effective Accor Points = 1000 (You missed the Accor offer:/)

Thank you so much....I did use that offer too thanks to the TF community as I am a complete noob at hotel/air points/miles

How is the pricing of Travel edge generally, is it similar to other platforms like MMT or we have to pay some premium? I have never used Traveledge so far.
I just compared to smartbuy for the flight in question...without the conv fee it was the same on both platforms for indigo whereas air india was a bit lower on smartbuy so probably will come to the same price when we add the conv fee

Percentage in terms of
Accor Points
m4b = 2,400*100/10000 = 24%
atlas = 1000*10/10000 = 10%

Miles Value
1ER = 20p : 3,000*0.2*100/10000 = 6%
1EM = 1r : 500*1*100/10000 = 5%

I did it once to get 5x rewards for non-Vistara flight. It was a bit higher.
m4b users don't need to pay for any flight if they use Vistara regularly.

Yes, so the effective reward rate in terms of INR is 24*1.8=43.2% for M4B. Only problem is the limit of max 200000 points that can be transferred to accor in a year for M4B

Please don't fool yourself that Accor point is worth 1.80.
if you see on Google hotels you will know the value of same standard, same category hotel in the exact same location
Not really true. Except Ibis hotels, you cant find other hotels worth comparing to.

Accor point value can be even increased much further when combined with an Accor Plus membership

The problem is which is the best partner from Group B after finishing the two lakh quota of Group A?

Vistara points are worth 75 to 90 Paisa but they will be converted to Air India points at 1:1 ratio and Air India points are worth 50 Paisa for domestic flights and 30 paisa for international flights.

so which is the best option to convert points beyond 2 lakh?

Wouldnt hat would require 8.3L worth flights in year? I think its a good enough limit, for normal person.
I meant that 200000 limit to be a bottleneck if you use M4B for all spends. Of course, that wouldn't make the effective reward rate 43%. For regular spends <1.5L per month, it would be 8.64%, for >1.5L AEP, it will be ~25%, etc. Still I agree that it's decent for most people.
