I have a salary account with HDFC.

I am planning to move from HDFC Imperia to HSBC premier?

Does it make sense, advantage, disadvantage? What will I lose?

Also, whats the best way to open HSBC premier account?

Firstly make a request to change your RM with the branch if she’s responding this way. how many enquiries do you have?
i will try to get a RM change not sure if it pisses them off more than it helps me.
here is the enquiry data-
1. Aug- 01
2. Jul 02
3. Jun 03
4. May 06
5. Apr 05
6. Mar- 04
7. Feb 02

Its probably a lot i guess but cibil is still holding at 700 and i got a yes card issued in July. so not sure why hsbc is rejecting.

Ma'am, I'm considering between DBS treasures and HSBC primier for a salary account. Any notable pros and cons please? And suggestions on which one to go for?
(Both account and credit card wise). Would be of great help.
I personally recommend HSBC Premier. Their service, RM’s and general branch availability is much better. They have better Global Transfer services simply by being the much larger international bank. The DBS vantage is slightly better in regards to forex as it will get you a net gain of 2% instead of 1.8% but you will also have to pay fees of 20k while HSBC Premier is free. But you do get 0 forex in Singapore and a few hotel memberships to choose on the DBS Vantage.

Thanks for the inputs. I'll talk to both of them, get their offering details and update.

I get good amount of RSU every year from my US company. Will HSBC premier will be better option to convert dollars to inr? How much rate they will charge? (I currently have indus they charge 10-15p on ibr rate). Also I invest back that amount in US market via INDMONEY. Will US HSBC account can help to transfer the dollars into broker account without money coming to india?
