OTPs via sms.. Transaction alerts also via sms except for one (High value transaction for which email alert also came)....

no OTPs not coming over email. also not all debit transaction coming over email.. till now only 1 high value transaction came over mail. rest all on sms only

In my simplyclick card. I am getting all alerts as well as otp via email and sms.

I think they have not updated new customers details properly with VISA. You won't notice email mentioned on transaction page.

I'm unable to apply through sprint website as my old application for simplyclick is still showing under process which has declined as I refused for it after launch of cashback card. Does anyone know after how long will I be able to apply through sprint again? @Batmanbaba

Many had reported that they are unable to do transaction on SBI CASHBACK Card before getting Physical card. However I have successfuly done a transaction today at Amazon.

today my sbi cashback card got declined. i am already a simly save user since 4 years and had applied via sprint on 3 sept.

is there any cool off period to apply card again or can get approved by applying again ???

i went to my local SBI and asked for cashback card and they had no idea that it exists and said its not showing in their application they use to apply cards! anyone here applied through their banks ?

Sbi has no cool off period for rejections as per my experience. Try offline method.

offline agents are still not totally familiar with cashback card.
can i give a try via sprint with another number
