Non BBPS payments via 3rd party apps to be stopped by RBI forcing all banks to register as BBPS billers

RBI has directed all CC payments to be made using BBPS only.

3rd party apps to stop non bbps card payments from 1st July onwards.

Banks who are not registered as a BBPS biller have been given time till 30th June but 90 days extension has been sought from RBI.

Yours probably still not been Updated to BBPS maybe. Does it show BBPS symbol? Or might be visual glitch.

Surprised to see Amazon Pay is still not using the BBPS service for processing credit card bill payments.

Also, for some reasons HDFC BillPay asks to enter the amount manually instead of fetching the bill automatically as other BBPS-enabled apps do. Anybody else experiencing the same issue?

Surprised to see Amazon Pay is still not using the BBPS service for processing credit card bill payments.

YOU CAN PAY ANY CC BILL WITH HDFC BILLPAY TO GET 1% WITH HDFC PLATINUM DEBIT CARD.

AXIS & SBI are now showing BBPSBILLPAY
Standard Chartered is now showing HDFC BILLPAY

Both the above are eligible for 1%

No banks are showing RENTALBBPSNO

HDFC billpay and SBI unipay doesn't support Non BBPS billers anymore (Amex, HSBC etc)

HDFC won't allow to add.

SBI unipay will allow and then transaction will fail.
