PNB Credit cards experience | Application process and time

Update... I got another call yesterday aksing for VKYC and I told that it has been done.

After sometime, got an SMS that my application is lying discrepant. No email came.

Called Customer Care and they asked me to send ITR for last 2 years to creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in

I was not interested to send, but basis latest updates from @Hrraj @vi07 @jeat001, will give it a shot. I will send same documents daily, will schedule auto-email asking for acknowledgement 🙂
Update:

Sent the ITR on Fri (yesterday) and had scheduled recurring emails too for Mon and Wed. But today itself got acknowledgement.

Let's see how long for next steps.

Below is my entry
PNB 02-09-2022 CREDIT CARD 25,00,000 🙄

Form submitted on 2nd Sept
Video KYC completed on 5th Sept
Today got SMS vKYC has been approved.

Typically card companies make entries for 50000 to 80000 only for cbil inquiry,
I could digest 10,00,000 too, my highest limit on hdfc regalia cc is 1500000.
why is PNB crossing all boundaries 🤔
Reconfirms, that now CIBIL enquiry is under Credit Card.

And my guess, 25 lakhs because that is the gross income you would have put. These guys are inquiry for gross limit - morons

How are you guys sending the ITR?
Whenever I send it on email, I receive below reply

The mail you sent to creditcardpnb2@pnb.co.in with subject: Re: WC2223338589, has not been delivered as it violates PNB's Policy. In case of any issue, please contact the mail team.
Check if the size of your ITR files is more than 1 MB if it is then email would get bounced. I recommend sending only the ITR acknowledgement to reduce the size of attachment.

Got this reply from PNB yesterday after sending ITR. Don't know what will happen to my application. Is there any chance of approval ?? Experts comment please
