Premier to Eterna Upgrade

I've recently emailed to eterna@bobfinancial.com for upgrading my Premier card to Eterna.
They have asked me to do the process online but since I already hold 1 BOB card, there is no option to apply for 2nd card.

How do I do it? Offline? or with conversions@bobfinancial.com.

Conversions team will send a form to fill and sign but that form has BOB Fees and not LTF

How to proceed?

ITR value is less than 20 "Conversion to LTF" (i think)

It was 802 when i applied in may 2022 now it is dropped to 796 since i got three new cards

22nd July 2022 - Reminder mail #1 to conversion team
29th July 2022 - Reminder mail #2 with escalation team in CC
2nd August 2022 - "We would like to inform you that your request is under reviewing we will revert you shortly after receiving confirmation from higher authorities."
10th August 2022 - Reminder mail #3 with escalation team in CC
17th August 2022 - Reminder mail #4 with escalation team in CC
18th August 2022 - "We have received your request for up-gradation of current card & we would like to inform you that your request is under process."
19th August 2022 - BOB card website - can see a new card number and an SMS came about the payment where the limit was showing 3L which was previously 75k. *assuming they have accepted the request and formal communication and card delivery is pending*

p.s: can anyone confirm that the Eterna CC series start from 4531?

Edit: Documents shared were - Bank Statement and Salary Slip 1L plus, Card Upgrade Form.

Sent only ITR ..no salary slip.and card upgrade form on 10 August.. ticket no generated.after that no response.but suddenly today Eterna card delivered..even no dispatch sms.
