My personal advice: Don't touch this point in the complaint

My personal advice: Do not waste time writing to different levels. Write straight to PNO - it's what I do.
It's ok, I had suggested to do so, so that he can furnish incompetency/ deficiency in service of bank to the large extent. It may provide established ground for huge compensation for wastage of time, effort and mental anguish, that he escalated. I knew it, nothing will change.


Alternatively, I asked him to mail so as to get reply atleast from any level, that his concerned was not addressed. To show that firstly he tried to get it resolved at the bank level only.

I shouldn't have commented, he explicitly asked you to put the comments.
But I commented, instead, my bad. 😐

Nothing wrong with what you suggested. But in my view, what is the objective here? Complaining to RBIO or resolving the issue? My objective has always been to resolve the issue so I try to approach the level that has the authority to resolve the issue. It is a different thing that they never do, but not for the lack of trying on my part. That way I am clear in my conscience and the RBIO also knows that this person has made an honest attempt to resolve the issue with the RE before approaching me. He is not wasting my time.

I don't think there is anything wrong with you replying. You have given valuable suggestions and food for thought. The more we discuss the more things get clearer. Also, this is an open community and the power lies in the collective effort of us members.

I presumed, it won't get resolved. To make a better case, needs to show he used escalation matrix properly, which resulted loss of time and mental anguish only.

Not only that, even I had suggested to go with PNO and see what PNO replies, PNO desk will take time or won't reply in reasonable time, better to mail somewhere else, in my view it's better than waiting 30 long days.

Some banks even don't accept complaint at PNO level unless previously raised to lower level with a case/ticket ID.

PNO desk these days become same as L1 & L2, with few exceptions, the issues that can be resolved by PNO means the same (power) is communicated and delegated to L1/L2 to tackle those issues. They never say we don't have authority, kindly mail to PNO to get it resolved.

What the heck? Then why they had asked Indusind Bank A/c details to transfer online? What's stopping them to transfer online? Why Monday now? If they were thinking to issue DD only then what stopped them to issue on the 1st day only? Why same thing was not said during facilitation carried out by RBI? After the expiration of the given timeline, come up with new thing; DD, WoW. 😂

How can they change the terms of the agreement after breaching it by not performing its obligations by said date?

Why shouldn't I report and why should I accept DD? If same thing can be transferred within some mins then why to issue Demand Draft, wastage of paper, ink, time & effort? This is what Axis known for.

You have also reminded her on Thr, tomorrow is the last day but got an instant reply stating tomorrow (Friday) is holiday because of Guru Nanak Jayanti, 5 working days will be completed on Saturday only, right?

You did it right. They failed to credit the money by the said date promised by them only. Now, what they are asking for is ureasonable.

Entitled for further compensation in the name of deficiency of service, breach of agreement, loss of time, mental anguish for no reason. Even it's was voilation of RBI's order.

Someone from local branch came to my home at around 4 pm with a DD. I refused to accept the same and asked to deposit it in Indusind branch. The person said they can deposit only if I have Axis account and cannot deposit in any other bank. I told him IT'S by BO order. He didn't say a word more, said OK sir and left. Later, the branch lady sent me photo of the IndusInd deposit slip.

wait, but why did you accept it? i thought you were going for higher compensation due to breach of BO order.

Why not? The complaint is on the delay, breach of agreement, additional harassment and mental anguish. Further, I did not accept it. They deposited the DD in my account. I have no control over that.
 
you told the executive who brought the DD to deposit it in IndusInd?

that means you accepted it?
Verbal communication, no proof. But again, I am never saying I did not accept and I never said I will not accept. I demanded additional compensation.

4 PM mein aaya toh kya hi credit huwa hoga, kal hoga then 😂

Faltu ka petrol kharcha kara and time waste pata nahi simple si chiz karne mein ego kaha se aajata hai, can deposit only in case of Axis A/c. 🤣

Deposit slip ka time kya hai? Wo lady ka waise kya designation ya position hai branch mein? 😂

Ab dekhte hain BO kya kehta hai aur RE apne submission mein kya dalta hai...aap complaint withdraw toh nahi kiye na?

So just to update on my case, I sent an email to PNO on Monday morning. Got a call from my RM and his manager profusely apologising for mistake they made from their end and said that they will compensate me for the loss. Also requested me to take back the complaint.

RM came home today morning and handed over cash (Had asked for 20k in PNO email). Then I sent an email to PNO saying that issue is resolved. RM also did play the emotional card that his career is on line and he just became new burgundy RM etc. etc.

In the end I let it go with a smile since I received all the loss amount. Re did the FD again at same interest rate
