I had to convert to premium account 15k MAB to get the card. Not getting reward though as changed the card and reward got out of sync

That's why I left it. Better it be Rupay Platinum only.

Call RBL customer care. They will unblock in 2-3 hours.

Your card is blocked for specific merchant / MCC. So you can still use it for other merchants with different MCC. Many banks do this.

Yeah it's not blocked but I guess for some merchant they block it. Just call them and say you are not able to use your card on nay e-commerce site.

I was finally able to use it today evening for paying off an AMEX and VISA card. Did increase the daily limits, maybe it helped. Couldn't go through for RuPay no matter what. Kept getting this error -

Dear Customer, your recent debit card transaction declined as it was attempted at a non-compliant merchant as per RBI regulations . Kind Regards, RBL Bank.

Will call them and try to unblock.

I was finally able to use it today evening for paying off an AMEX and VISA card. Did increase the daily limits, maybe it helped. Couldn't go through for RuPay no matter what. Kept getting this error -

I think you are paying credit card bill repayment. RuPay is not a bank.
