Tata Neu Infinity LTF vs Freedom LTF

Hi, Suggest me a credit card -
I am getting following options -

1. Tata Neu Infinity LTF
2. Tata Neu Plus LTF
3. HDFC Freedom LTF

I am new to HDFC Bank. No Relationship. Tata neu infinity seems to be the best option here. But I am afraid that after getting a co-branded card, will I be able to apply for core cards later or not? I wanted to apply for regalia gold or millennia later. What should I do?

Neu infinity LTF is great but are you sure you want regalia gold? it seems very useless after the changes in Amazon voucher surcharge

I’m not specifically interested in the Regalia Gold, but I’d like to eventually get a higher-tier card, like DCB or Infinia. However, HDFC is known to be slow with upgrades, so I’m not sure if it’s worth waiting. Should I just go for the Tata Neu Infinity (Lifetime Free) instead? I even checked with the branch, but they mentioned they can only process the paid Millenia card. Current portfolio - ICICI Rubyx LTF, Airtel Axis Paid

It is usually recommended to have a core card of HDFC bank before getting a co-branded one. If you're aiming for a higher-tier HDFC card eventually, then it'd be better to get a core card. Tata Neu Infinity LTF offer would be valid till Dec 31, 2024, as per the website.

I'd suggest getting in touch with the branch and convince them to get you a Regalia Gold or Millennia based on Salary/ITR etc.
