Tata Neu Not Opening, Insecure Environment Error

I have a problem opening Tata Neu App. Error I get is "This app cannot run because the environment is not secure and your data may be at risk". I have done the following but no resolution.
01. Uninstalled and installed app
02. Cleared cache, cleared storage
03. Restarted phone
The version I have is 5.2.1, so there is no way I can do an update, which the customer care suggested. I can't downgrade too as there is no old version available in PlayStore. It is almost a month since the issue, customer care only tells me to have patience until a new version is released which is supposed to fix the issue.
I had a spend based offer on the HDFC Infinity CC. I am supposed to redeem it in the 1st week of Sept. But how do I do it without the app opening properly? Can any of you please help, in case you had the same issue and you could resolve it?
Complaining on Twitter and on PlayStore hasn't helped too.

Same issue was happened with me last month, there was nothing wrong in my phone, it was their fault and after getting the next app update it was fixed for me.
I have seen many users reported the same on X, and Tata replied that their tech team is working for the patch

Yes, they respond quickly on X but update hasn't arrived yet.

I have the same issue as OP but I'm on custom ROM and have accepted that it won't work on my phone. So using it on Tab which doesn't have custom ROM.

Need to check what is this customer rom and see whether it applies to my device. Thank you.

May be some new app installation/uninstallation accidentally deleted security certificate from your phone. you may try copying same version security certificates from another phone and then paste that all security certificates in your phone & then restart your mobile..

Not sure how do this. Pls help if possible. Trying to avoid factory reset.

simply clear data of play store..full data..not cache..then remove play store from recent apps..then wait for 10seconds..and then turn on play store again..use wifi as preffered network..instead of mobile data

Are inka bootloader unlocked hoga, clear baat hai 🤣🤣🤣.

Mere phone ka bhi unlocked hai, last year se Tata Neu, Payzapp, etc use n kar raha 🤣.

Possible. But I haven't unlocked it intentionally.

Every brand has different way for locking phones BL.

Xiaomi phones need Xiaomi unlock tool,
Mtk tool for mtk devices,
There are plenty ways.

I guess for your phone (nokia), basic ADB command from pc should work.

Note: unlocking/locking BL will delete all your data/accounts from phone.

r e u have nokia right..ur mobile cant be unlocked lol..it seems u r noob related to unlocking and tech stuffs..no way u can unlock it..other than buying from outside 2nd hand..check in developer settings oem unlock status..best optn is reset ur phn..prblm will solve..

Mobile phone tech is not my domain, I am a noob in this area. Good to know that Nokia phone's bl cannot be unlocked. I will do a factory reset. Thanks.

Already admitted that I am a noob in this area. If you are an expert, please let me know under what circumstances the play store can become uncertified.
I already mentioned in the thread that I uninstalled Microsoft's Intune app. This might have caused the issue. I uninstalled since I am no longer in the company where it was mandatory.

I have tried reinstalling already. For it to work it needs work account. But my that account is no longer valid. So doesn't help. I left the intune app installed and tried opening neu app with same error.
Looks like factory reset is the only option left. Will do it

dont think i taunted u..nothing like that,..u r not in this domain thats why i said unlocking bootloader is not a job of u..so no way to lock also..reset will fix 100%
