Upgrade BOB Select to Eterna

I am using BOB Select for 4-5 months. I want to convert it to Eterna LTF. Can anyone tell how can I upgrade that?

1. require 30L ITR for Eterna LTF.
2. require 12L ITR for Eterna.
3. require 12 months old BOB CC with 2L limit for Eterna

Need to send mail to conversions@bobfinancial.com filling the attached upgrade form, ITR/Payslip, and Bank Statement.

p.s: it will take almost 2 months for the whole procedure to execute. (they won't reply)

spend 2.5 L in a year and get annual fee wavier. LFT Eterna is next to impossible unless you are a high staker at bob.

See the dates, they don't reply, and when they reply they say "We would like to inform you that your request is under reviewing we will revert you shortly after receiving confirmation from higher authorities."

I escalated the emails then they replied - that too took weeks.

Still haven't got the Card - waiting... 😒

Okay, we are at the same page then brother!

And the ticket IDs shows as resolved > closed in the app! But there is no progress since about a month!

That's frustrating! Any idea what would be the final response when they complete the process?

I upgraded from rupay easy to rupay premier.... In 3 month.. Without a single document... Just mailed... They accepted.... I got the upgraded card... Within a week of mail for upgrade...

They don't give Eterna easily, as it's top tier card of their bank.

Dealing with them is a gamble.... The range is from a week to even 6 months....

I think 12 months condition is not there for upgrading to Eterna! I got upgraded within 6 months (though paid one as I don't fulfil LTF condition).

yes upgraded from Premier with limit 2.1L to Eterna ..

I had sent my salary slips for upgrading. requested LTF but only paid card was offered as per my eligibility!!

I am waiting for my premier card. I think I made a mistake by applying for premier. Should have applied for eterna directly as it was showing in my eligibility. If they issue a Rupay premier card , I’ll keep it. But if it’s visa, I’ll rather apply for upgrade to eterna. I hope the upgrade will be easier from premier to eterna.
