Got points today but the points don't match as per my calculation or as per Cust Care as well..
I've actually got more reward point than the calculation I've done but as per them I'm getting diff points per txn.
As per my calculation its 2897
As per their calculation that they gave txn wise on call adds up to 3266 (Also they say calculations done are based on per 200 spent in multiples for 36/18/10 reward points) means if I buy ₹2000 item from amazon I'm eligible for 360 points but if i buy 1900 item I'm eligible for 324 (1800/200*36) and not 342 (1900/200*36).

I got RPs at offline rate on select category 🤣
For a lot of transactions they are giving offline rates by default..
we need to make sure, the online transactions dont get tagged as offline.. then we are good..
I got 60k points today after generation of 4th statement. So yes, whatever they said was true and valid, at least in this case.

other than email responses, do not believe what they said especially in YES.. with constant changes, frequent modifications they may not up to date. so, take second opinion. // might work for other banks too.
P.S. Its not about points but whether to trust CS team verbal communication or not. Good to know you got the points.
Is this true? Can anyone confirm? So I'll do my txns accordingly. That's kind of wierd system if it's actually true 🤣 I'll have to calculate before spending now it seems of they given it for txns multiples of 200.
Your calculation is wrong. The points are only calculated in the multiples of 200.
So for ex when you spent 588 online, You are doing 588/200 = 2.94 × 36 = 105.84
That's not how it is unfortunately, it's 2 x 36 = 72.
So if you spend 250rs then you'll only get 36rp not 46rp.
@plastikman may I know is the otp going to add on card holder number or primary holder number?

It comes to the addon card holder directly.
I have read that this issue is only for international txns which don't ask for OTP, this lack of OTP step is causing the system to take it as offline txn.
Nevertheless it's no excuse but this isn't happening for any local txns as far as I know. Unless someone here has first hand experience of this issue.
I did 14999 utilities Txn was expecting around 750 points although I got 1250
Are you able to avail bookmyshow offer on addon card as well?
If the add-on has diff cc number ig you should be able to do so...
Yes, just checked. It is giving BOGO on addon card too.
