Yes Bank Reserv + 3X Subscription Plan

Hi everyone,

I am looking for a new card to complement my Infinia. The main goal is to increase the rewards rate for a few lakhs of donations towards NGOs (both Indian and International). BOGO on movies, and rewards on rental and UPI transactions will be great to have but not necessary.

I recently came across the YES Reserv card, along with the 3X subscription offer for all spends. The following is how I see the reward rates:
  • 9% Points on Online Shopping (except on Select categories)**
  • 4.5% Points on Offline Shopping (except on Select categories)
  • 2.25% Points on Select categories
Assuming 25 paise per RP redemption rate, for flights and hotels.

The 9% rewards rate seems just too good to be true. Can anyone confirm? If it is indeed true, then why is this not the most talked about card for Forex transactions?

P.S: I don't mind paying the annual fee given the rewards.

Do we get 5x if we book flights tickets through MMT, Goibibo, Yatra, etc? If we have subscription plan?

iit is showing below table for 5x for my card so how much is the return if we are getting 5x on travels

Can anyone confirm this?

Can someone help me with doubt regarding Yes ACE/SELECT card? Each card says 8 RPs per 200. 1 RP at 0.25 rupee gives a rate of 1%.

If we pay 1000 subscription plan, then we get 24 RPs per 200? 3% on online spending?

Asking here since didn't find any thread regarding topic

I just got yes first business credit card and only 1L limit. Have other credit cards too with better limit.

Can I convert it to reserv or elite later on?? I accepted it since it was FYF and no other option offered apart from BYOC.

I am self employed business man with ITR 6L plus.

there is no strict criteria for upgrades in YES bank. so, you can always try but no guarantee at the same time possible.

Anyone got this?

Congratulations! You have won a discount voucher of PLUM against your total YES PAY reward points. Please use this code XXXXX to redeem the offer as we have discontinued YES PAY reward points. Visit https://my.plutos.one/xxxxx *T&C apply https://www.yesbank.in/digital-banking/yes-pay -YES Bank Limited
Nope, against which card did you recieve this? All I have used is yes rewardz portal to reedem rp on my reserv card.. not sure what os yes PAY portal...

Ok. Didn't received that offer but plutos url generally received from BOB Card, no issues with that website but options are very poor, check and see if anything useful.
No, the link seems generic, as I didn't see any offer. Added few random items and applied code, which gave 200 discount only. So, doesn't seem any useful. Will wait for someone to try and update.

It turns out yes bank has silently modified the list of MCC exclusions for 3x subscription bonus. Most of my transactions were on STAN for Flipkart vouchers with 5816 MCC, which is now excluded.

Huge loss for me now. Anyone has old screenshot of MCC exclusions for subscription plan? Will need to fight with RBI Ombudsman.

@helloworld

Just to update on this, Yes Bank agreed to provide half the eligible points as a one time exception after RBI Ombudsman complaint and no compensation. I have requested for at least full points credit. But seems like they won't fulfill it.

@helloworld Didn't find old screenshots? I tried web archive machines, but none has this site db.

Yes bank is saying that terms were always like that and there is no change. RBI is asking my feedback. Old screenshots will be concrete proof here to get my full points.
