I got my 811 full kyc account in Dec-21. When I’m trying to upgrade from online portal it’s saying not eligible for 811 Super upgrade!!

Anyone else got this error??

Anyone else got this error??
I am also getting this same error. I spoke to customer service and they also said that according to their system I am not eligible for this upgrade yet. If you find a way to upgrade then let me know as well.

Terms and Conditions - 811 Super

811 Super eligibility:

  1. While completing FKYC/on-boarding to 811 Super program, the minimum A/c account balance should be ₹5,000.
  2. On monthly basis, customer needs to do at least one customer initiated credit transaction of minimum ₹5,000 to get eligible for 811 Super cashback.
  3. 811 Super will be offered for one year from the date of subscription. After 1 year, Customer’s consent will be taken for program continuation.
  4. In case of customer’s dissent, the programme will be discontinued and customer will be downgraded to regular 811 zero balance digital savings account. The GSFC benefits of 811 Edge, promo code, classification code will stand withdrawn.
811 Super cashback:
  1. Eligible customers - Cashback to 811 Super eligible customers on Debit Card spends.
  2. Cashback construct - Flat 5% cashback to all 811 Super eligible customers on Debit Card spends through Kotak Debit card (E-com/ POS (Point of Sales) transactions) up to ₹500/month.
Rules:
  1. 811 Super eligible customers should spend via Kotak Debit card.
  2. In order to calculate the spend value only following types of transactions are eligible:
    1. Virtual Debit Card
    2. Physical Debit Card transactions (E-com/POS)
Important note:
  1. Inter or intra bank fund transfer, ATM cash withdrawal, wallet top up (transfer from 811 Savings Account to any kind of wallet) or any other type of transaction excluding mentioned above will not be considered.
  2. Any type of UPI transactions will not be considered as spends.
Terms & conditions for cashback:
  1. This cashback has been extended by Kotak Mahindra Bank to 811 Super customers meeting eligibility criteria of ₹5,000 credit/month.
  2. Flat 5% cashback will be given on Debit Card spends.
  3. A customer can get max ₹500 cashback/month.
  4. To get the monthly cashback, 811 Super eligible customer should spend via 811 Debit Cards.
  5. Any kind of fund transfers or ATM cash withdrawal and wallet top-up will not be considered as spend.
  6. Cashback will be rounded down to the nearest whole number.
  7. Customer should spend at least ₹20 to get eligible for cashback.
  8. Cashback will be deposited in 30 days post completion of the month under consideration.
  9. The cashback is not-transferable.
  10. Participation for the cashback is voluntary.
  11. Any Customer eligible for the cashback shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank.
  12. Kotak Mahindra bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or reduce the cashback.
  13. The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits under the Offer if any fraudulent activity is observed as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the offer.
  14. The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
  15. Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above cashback or otherwise relating here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
811 Super fees and charges


*Financial transaction at ATM will include Cash withdrawal, Non-Financial transaction will include balance enquiry, PIN change, Mini statement request. Maximum of 5 transactions @ nil charges (incl. financial & non financial) in a month with a cap of maximum 3 transactions (incl. financial & non-financial) charges in top 6 cities (Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru and Hyderabad), thereafter Financial Transaction - ₹21/- Transaction and Non- Financial Transaction ₹.8.50/- transaction.

If You Have an 811 Full KYC Account then call Customer @ 1860 266 2666 After Connecting The Call with the Agent Just Say I Wanted To Convert My Account To 811 Super Savings Account Then The Agent Will Tell You The Benefits of This Account. If You Have 5k in Your Account It's Ok Otherwise They Will Tell You Transfer 5k to Your Kotak Account. Then They Will Send You a Text SMS Having a Specific & Unique URL Click on The URL Accept The Terms & Conditions and Enter The OTP After Entering The OTP 300 Rupees Deducted from Your Account and Your Account successfully converted To 811 Super Savings Account.

I am getting strange error when trying to open 811 account. Your name is mismatch in Aadhaar and PAN. This is the first time I got this error because my name is exactly same in both documents. Good thing is I already have this account in my wife's name and got the CB 2 days ago.
