I don't think anyone would've tried to use it on amex as options are very limited.

SBI Unipay works on BBPS, it's instant settlement. Although, it's associated with multiple failures as well.

If you are going to use it, then don't pay huge amount in a single transaction. In case, if the transaction gets failed. There is no dedicated customer support, your only option is to wait 5-7 working days for the refund.

Other portals which are similar to sbi unipay also have this issue.

Airtel Payments Bank gateway is also a good choice for cc bill payment with minor failing issues currently as far as I know... Although I may be wrong as I've not enough idea on various cc bill payment gateways other than Cred...
But from now I've to use either SBI Unipay or Airtel Payments Bank for all my upcoming cc bill payments through the Super DC to earn 5% cb! 😁
