Axis Airtel Card cashback blunder.

I recently got Axis Airtel Card and on generation of statement, I realised that any bill payments done on Airtel App, be it Airtel bills or others, is being counted under 25% category. This means that there is no way to tap into Rs 500 monthly utility bill payment benefit as of now. :rolleyes:

Refer to the screenshot below. The only payment in this month was for my electricity bill of Rs 1595 and cashback shown is Rs 300 whereas it should have been Rs 159.5.

Fellow community members, I would request you to keep above in mind while getting this card or wait till Axis settles these reporting issues with Airtel.
 
My axis airtel ( MC Variant ) credit card was also showing account type as " Other " & no credit limit was mentioned.

Mailed pno & they asked cibil report with control number. So I sent them & within 2 working days they have changed account today from " Other " to " Credit Card ".

And now credit limit is also mentioned.
How long did it take to complete this process? No update since Wednesday 11th July when I emailed them. :(
 
Before my account gets added, there's a joint effort from the community to get this rectified. I'm hoping mine gets reported in the right manner. Otherwise I may need to rely on the bamboo if the bank fails to rectify it on time.
 
I got the same call but that dumb foolish shitty lady couldn't understand and wrote a template without any relevance to the subject I asked
ye I had a similar experience before the last call. While on call, She was looking at my cibil report and told me, The credit enquiry was for credit card, and its normal. I was furious but I asked her name, Then politely asked her to go to page 3 where my Airtel card was reported. Then she understood what was the problem and told me, she will talk to the backend team and get this fixed.

Axis need to pay me for training their employees. :ROFLMAO:
