Axis Atlas Axis EDGE MILES partly blocked

I hold 40,946 EDGE Miles. However, 15000 are blocked and not available for redemption. Anyone has an idea why this has happened? Attaching a screenshot below

Once the first transfer is intiated, for second transefer i am facing 4549 error. The solution didnt help! Looks like it is working for some lucky individuals.

I already tried this approach earlier , after first miles xfer ,portal started to throw 4549 error. So no permanent fix yet. Till last month it was working fine and managed to Xfer around around 14k miles

Even Axis PNO is nowadays handled by inexperienced fresh grads..

Some development from MD Desk. Received an acknowledgement reply for the mail sent to Amitabh Chaudhary, MD Axis bank and grievance raised on RBI ombudsman. Keeping my fingers cross!

Got a call from Premimum service desk last Monday mentioning this issue will be resolved before July 15th. July 15th seems to be the date when Citi Cards will be integrated with Axis.

It's not resolved yet. I can see still 5000 miles are blocked. These guys messes up so much

ya, axis is always a fraud-promoting and cheap-value bank.. I'm just going to close all 3 cards and be done with it. Have already spent more than enough time with this poorly managed bank.

Received milestone miles of 2.5k but unable to transfer with this error. My other ticket is already pending with PnO unrelated to this. Wtf should I do?

same with me as well - can't access 2500 of my atlas miles i earned on hitting milestone. even earned 6900 or so more points after milestone, so had 9500 in total of which could only transfer 7k exact. 2500 remain inaccessible, getting 4549 error. Tried everything (call email to both premium cc, and travel edge). they have no clue, keep passing the buck to each other

I had around 275 miles and after hitting the 2.5k milestone I’m getting the error as well. I am not even able to see the slider. Directly getting error 4549
