Axis Atlas Axis EDGE MILES partly blocked

I hold 40,946 EDGE Miles. However, 15000 are blocked and not available for redemption. Anyone has an idea why this has happened? Attaching a screenshot below

I tried to transfer miles, but OTP not triggering to number or email. see ss, neither my reg number nor reg email is showing up there. Axis is so screwed up

Axis Bank taught me lesson when calculating rewards rate we have to consider mental pressure also one of the parameter lol

Checked with the Traveledge support team today, they said many people are facing this issue and they are waiting for Axis bank to fix this

I called them, they said the exact same thing. He also said he has no idea as to when this issue with be sorted by axis bank.

Raised so many requests, even to MD desk. Its been more than 45 days... still no resolution.

for atlas!! Atlas does not work in traveledge!! u dont get bonus EM on spends on traveledge. U have to book directly with hotel, airlines

do a simple google search before you comment bro. u get acc miles in traveledge as per Axis website

What do you mean by "21 as MCC" ?

Also, if the transaction is done via traveledge portal, then how could MCC differ? It should remain same for all transactions

Its a merchant Id as per their terms
