BOB HPCL Energie - LTF?

I received BOB HPCL energie cc today. I heard there is LTF offer running on BOB cards. But I got my card with 499Rs annual charges. Is there a way to convert it to LTF?

I have 3500-4000 RS fuel spends monthly and I usually use hp pumps and also have hp pay app

I'm not a current Bob customer will I be needing physical verification ?

Using HP pay was never an issue for me on this card.

Just recently CC Avenue had some downtime but its fixed now.

They didn't do physical verification for me but the application took around three weeks for approval.

How do u track reward points??

Is it through Bob world app
Since new users are not allowed to register in the app how could I track reward points

Bob Card app does the job fine.

Yes.
But its waived off for QR scan and pay payment via HP pay.
Like normal swipe at a pump.
1% is returned back to card after transaction settlement.

Please note wallet load to hp pay will not give accelerated RP and waiveoff.

Yes I had a Jan Dhan Acc with BOB since school. Which I am rarely using.

I never received any offer. I applied manually and got it approved after 15 days of waiting.

It is a paid card.

I was having Eterna LTF for more than year or two. Used to get addional card offer paid one, but never took it.

Only from last week getting whatsapp msg for LTF hpcl card if I apply with in 30th June. So logged in to bob card app and saw the same offer in additional card section, applied immediately.

You don't need an offer. Contact with the agent of your home branch. They offer credit card on account basis without any documents. If you have old account with good transaction surely you will get one.

i got this cc recently and paid in hp pump using HP Pay app scanning and selecting credit card as payment option and paying using CA avenue payment gateway. But got only 10 points for 1000 spent. anyone can help understand what is the problem here?

How many days since the transaction?

Wait for 4-5 working days for accelerated RP to show up
