Purchase item worth 2500, You get 500 instant discount and have to pay 2000

Get 250 Neu coins (promo) + 125 neucoins (base)

So for 2500 item, 500 discount + 375 coins = 35% net

This time they mentioned Spend of XXX amount post any cancellation and return.

Read tncs carefully.

Today I placed order of 2500, got 500 discount and 375 neu coins since it is not mentioned explicitly in tncs that spend of 2500 shall be after discount if any

I can't order Big basket groceries with Tata Neu app. I keep getting an error.
But no problem with the big basket app.
is it okay to have both apps installed on the mobile?

Oh there used to be problem some time back where the voucher code couldn't be applied while using big basket on tata neu but never faced error using it

Yes having both of them shouldn't be problem. Does logging in to tataneu in different mobile with your number help ?

Its kind of bug there

Ideally on spend of 2000 (after discount) you should get base 5% - 100 only - and thats true for other apps like croma - where I get 5% only on net paid - but for BB, they always count order value - BUT, if you use BB's own cashback code (not the one for CC) then they deduct it from Neu coins

I managed to order Big basket groceries 2500 on Tata Neu app for the first time and got the 500 discount also.
now when will I get the 250+125 neu coins

Last night there was a bug on the Tata neu app.
Hence I could not order the groceries, but today its working fine

I managed to order Big basket groceries 2500 on Tata Neu app for the first time and got the 500 discount also.
now when will I get the 250+125 neu coins

Great ! I think you should be getting soon after your order gets delivered in case of bb

PS : Please add some filler items in case you think some of the items might go out of stock because then the promo offer won't get auto fulfilled and needs to be escalated

Basically if I may add, I think tata neu card is worth it only as LTF, with neu coins essentially having less value than rupee and many a times bank offers covering the discount options.

I ordered just 5 rupees extra but if I order like 200 extra and everything comes,.and I return that 200 extra items which I don't need, then I may not get the coins

Oh ok great, just mentioned because sometimes this causes an issue when the final adjusted amount after order is out for delivery gets below the mentioned limit for the offer.

Just now also when I tried to order using the existing balance 6 Neu coins along with the 500 discount , the order kept failing.
once I unticked "use 6 neu coins" then it went through

No - you cant combine NEU coins along with CC discount
1) you can use coins for BB's own offer
2) you can use coins by adding items to previous order

In the terms and conditions of neu coins it is mentioned that payment with Neu coins cannot earn Neu coins.
I guess that would include part payment with a few neu coins
