Yes but he/she wouldn't get cnt qun card. A nexgen debit card will be issue for minors.

so we can obtain almost 3 LTF cards per accoountt so cool

No it is mentioned maximum two cards allowed in joint account.

Yes and make sure confirm 2-3 times with your branch that you want queen debit card addon for joint holder otherwise incase of any other card you have to pay AMC
