Change IDFC address

I want to change the address of IDFC bank account. They only consider address in Aadhar card or any other govt. doc> Is there any way to get this this done without changing permanent address in govt documents. I have rent agreement, another bank account with same address.

If they support mailing address, you can change your mailing address alone.
