Closing IDFC First Vistara Card

I was thinking to close the card, but have been charged renewal fees now. Statement is yet to be generated.
Does IDFC allow card closure with fees being already posted?
And if they do, will anything happen to the milestone vouchers that were credited to my Club Vistara account. Will they remain or be void post card closure?

renewal vouchers - if already credited then closure might be problematic.

I have not yet paid the renewal fees. So, I don't think they will credit the vouchers.
