Andhra Pradesh seems to be live already as shown in https://www.bharatbillpay.com/statistics/billers/. Not sure about Telangana. It might take a while I think

I have checked before posting message here. APSPDCL is not working, I have 4 connections checked it.

BBPS is live for
Telangana:- tgspdcl, tgnpdcl
For ap:- apcpdl and ttd only according to BBPS site

Sad to see apspdcl is not in this list
