HELP (IDFC BBPS PORTAL)

I paid my SBI card bill using online IDFC BBPS online website . Anyone can pay using the website cc or bank account doesn’t matter . It fetched my sbi card bill from BBPS and took me to PAYU gateway gave an option to pay the bill using Amazon wallet . Amount was deducted but it’s been 15 days no refund nor credit in sbi card .
IDFC customer service and nodal officer too is clueless about this matter . PayU just gave me transaction id and asking me to contact merchant . Complaint page on IDFC BBPS website is giving error.
Please help and guide me what should I should be doing 🙏. Amount is above 29k
 
I tried to pay using Freecharge
Payment got failed. Card got debited and now Freecharge has blocked my account for security reasons.

Around 49k got stuck.
Raised dispute with the credit card.
Anything else i should do?
My freecharge account also permanently blocked, They didn't unblock my account, Culprit IDFC

Finally I have received an update from idfc bank after raising chargeback from idfc bank and sbi bank.. this is reply I have received from them

Iske baad phonepe ko b likha tha and jis credit card se payment deduct hua usko b likha.

Dear SBI Credit Card Customer Care,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of urgent concern regarding a failed transaction made from my SBI Credit Card through PhonePe wallet at the IDFC Bank BBPS Pay Portal.

On 18/10/23, an amount of INR 7000 was debited from my SBI Credit Card ending in card number xxxx( last 4 digit). Unfortunately, the transaction was unsuccessful as the BBPS Pay Portal website, located at http://bbps.idfcbank.net, went down during the process. Consequently, the amount has not been credited to the respective biller.

I have already raised a complaint with PhonePe, who advised me to contact both SBI and IDFC Bank regarding this issue. Accordingly, I have already lodged a complaint with IDFC Bank. However, considering the involvement of SBI Credit Card in this transaction, I believe it is essential to inform you as well.

To provide you with all the necessary details, I have attached a PDF file of the transaction in question. I kindly request you to thoroughly investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure the amount is promptly credited back to my SBI Credit Card ending in xxxx.

I sincerely appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and your assistance in resolving it. Your cooperation in rectifying this issue will reinstate my faith in the services provided by SBI Credit Cards. Thank you in advance for your understanding and support.

Tum logo ne itna misuse kiya ki us din ke baad se IDFC Bank ka BBPS portal down hai. Nhi recover kiya IDFC is shock se abhi tak. 😛
