Most of the people have either recently received the card or opened an account recently to get this card. As of now they're not at a point where they can tell if money has been deducted or not because BOB deducts money 2-3 months after getting the card.
It's hard to tell at this point (at least for me and a lot here) if it's FYF/LTF or what.. due to pure inexperience. Also each account acts differently, some have got BOB super savings, some got BOB professional and so on.

Weirdly zomato recognized my bob sapphire visa signature card as icici debit card so was unable to avail bob debit card offer. Tried multiple times, same thing happened.

Both Select and Sapphire got dispatched at least after 4-5 days in my case.

Both dispatched together? For One of my card I got the dispatched message. Not delivered yet. Don't know anything about other.

Nope. I applied for Select via the app and it was on the way when I applied for Sapphire via the branch 4-5 days later as I was not in the city. Anyways I wanted to give a gap of few days to avoid confusion.

They send speed post tracking number via SMS when they dispatch the card. You can then track the speed post - https://www.indiapost.gov.in/_layouts/15/dop.portal.tracking/trackconsignment.aspx
