Update after complaint to Ombudsman- As informed by the bank the complainant is not eligible for the requested card. Cards are issued as per the internal norms, not providing a requested type of card cannot be termed as deficiency in services. The complaint is therefore rejected and closed.

I applied for Sapphire card on 16th. The card Started showing in net banking on 17th morning. Today(18th) in morning it was showing. But now in evening no card is showing in net banking. I don't know how is it possible

I don't think so. Renewal charges are mentioned as ₹ 500 + GST for card applied before 1st November. I think it'll remain that way for cards issued before 1st November.
